We provide digital design, development, deployment, and managed hosting services. Deliverables are supplied as digital content online and are not delivered on a tangible medium.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in US dollars and include only what is described in the selected package. Taxes and registrar costs may apply. Domain registration is the registrar’s available domain cost plus a $10 setup fee.
4. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Under EU consumer law, you generally have a right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days. However, because our design and development work begins immediately upon purchase and is fully custom-produced for you, you expressly request that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends. As a result, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun or the digital content has been fully delivered.
5. Refunds
Consistent with our Terms of Service, all purchases are final at the time of purchase and non-refundable once performance has begun or a service has been delivered. Any discretionary refund is provided solely at SSO’s decision.
6. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted through this website. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Consumers may also use the European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These terms are governed by United States and Arizona law. Where mandatory EU consumer law applies to you, nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you have under that law.
