Last updated: August 19, 2026

This End User License Agreement governs your use of the website software and deliverables provided by SSO Web Design, part of SSO Digital Solutions.

1. Grant of license

SSO Digital Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the delivered website and associated software for your legitimate business purposes, subject to this EULA.

2. License restrictions

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or host the deliverables for third parties.
  • You may not create derivative works beyond the configuration of your own website, or use the deliverables to build a competing product.
  • One production deployment is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Ownership

SSO retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, code, tools, and components that are not separately assigned to you under the Terms of Service.

4. Open-source and third-party components

Some components are licensed under open-source or third-party terms. Those terms continue to apply to the relevant components.

5. Updates

For hosted production packages, SSO may deploy updates and maintenance. Where a deliverable is self-hosted, you may accept or decline updates, but unsupported versions are provided as-is.

6. Acceptable use

  • You must maintain accurate contact information and comply with all applicable laws.
  • You may not use the deliverables to host illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content, or to send unsolicited messages.
  • You may not interfere with, overload, or attack the infrastructure or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

7. Term and termination

This license continues until terminated. Upon a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable notice period, SSO may suspend or terminate the license. On termination, you must stop using the deliverables, and SSO may remove hosted content after notice where permitted.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSO disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSO’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and SSO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law and contact

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. For any question, contact us through this website.
