Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of the SSO Web Design website and the services SSO Digital Solutions provides. By using the website or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any service from SSO Web Design, part of SSO Digital Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. The services we provide
SSO Web Design provides professional website design, development, deployment, and managed hosting services as described in the package selected and any agreed written scope. The $50 Website Concept is a design-only deliverable and is not a hosted production website.
3. All purchases are final at time of purchase
- All purchases are final at the time of purchase. Fees paid for design, development, hosting, domain setup, and related services are non-refundable once work has begun or a service has been delivered.
- Because design and development work begins immediately and is custom-produced for each client, you acknowledge and expressly request that performance begin at the time of purchase.
- The $50 Website Concept is delivered as a finished design direction and is non-refundable. If you upgrade to a production package within 14 days of the concept purchase, the $50 is credited toward the upgraded package. No refund is issued otherwise.
- No refunds are issued for completed work, delivered services, time-based work, or any purchase once performance has begun.
- Any refund or partial refund is provided solely at the discretion of SSO Digital Solutions and does not create an entitlement for other customers.
4. Quotes and scope
Custom quotes are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Final scope for any project is established during project review before work begins, and any change to scope may affect price and schedule.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely content, required access, and approvals. Delays in providing these may affect the project schedule and are not grounds for a refund.
6. Payment and invoices
Fees are invoiced according to the agreed schedule. Hosting and recurring services, where applicable, are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Because payments are final at time of purchase, prepaid and in-progress fees are not refunded on cancellation.
7. Domain and hosting
Domain registration is separate from hosting. Domain pricing is the registrar’s available domain cost plus a $10 setup fee. Hosting is included only with production packages from Starter onward; it is not included with the $50 concept.
8. Intellectual property and license
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final delivered website content that you provided, and a limited, non-exclusive license to use the design and components SSO produces for your website.
SSO retains all rights to templates, code libraries, tools, pre-existing components, and design concepts that are not separately purchased. The Website Concept remains the property of SSO until you purchase or upgrade to a production package.
9. Warranties
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. SSO does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, conversions, or business results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSO’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to SSO in the twelve months preceding the claim. SSO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SSO against claims arising from content, materials, or instructions you provide that infringe the rights of third parties.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable notice period. On termination, prepaid fees are not refunded, as purchases are final at the time of purchase.
13. Third-party services
Integrations and dependencies on third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability, and limitations.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. For any question, contact us through this website.
